The aristocratic mansion was built in the 19th century by a long-established family from Marseille. It is still owned by the same family and is located in Arma di Taggia, just east of Sanremo. Surrounded by a park of about half a hectare consisting of valuable centuries-old maritime pines, eucalyptus trees, avenues and period objects. In the middle of the property is the manor, which is divided into four floors with a total area of approx. 1000 sqm and about 690 sqm of living space.
