VILLA PARADISO

A large gate to access the estate welcomes us together with five fantastic geese to guard the property.

The surrounding land is divided into orchards for about 7000mq, with trees destined for different productions. Hedges of fragrant rosemary surround the first part of the garden. About 3300 square meters of land are used for olive groves from which 5 to 8 quintals of excellent extra virgin olive oil are produced.

Villa Paradiso is at the center of the property flanked by an enchanting and splendid swimming pool ready to welcome festive friends and give peace, relaxation and serenity.

On the ground floor we enter a large open space with a beautiful livable kitchen; the walls finished in wood give a particular warmth to the spacious and luminous rooms of Villa Paradiso. Each room is connected to the garden directly with French doors. The windows are made of wood with double glazing, the heating comes from a large cast iron stove powered by wood produced by the trees of the estate. There is also a photovoltaic system for hot water for a flow rate of about 300 liters.

Continuing through the sleeping area, two bedrooms, one double and a bathroom with shower.

The pink colored exteriors make everything very pleasant.

On the floor below it consists of a large room used as a storage, even larger than the habitable part (about 90 meters), with bathroom and cooking area, all easily transformed into a large tavern.

At this point you can only immerse yourself in the atmosphere that surrounds Villa Paradiso, look to the south the blue sea with a view of Corsica and the island of Bergeggi, to the east the Gallinara on the horizon, the Maritime Alps stand out against the sky and Mount Melogno looks like the tip of Mont Blanc.

Words are almost missing to explain the sense of happiness that this show produces for the viewer. It is difficult to find an equal place where you can escape the chaotic summer traffic of the Ligurian Riviera and enjoy the peace that this jewel infuses.
