This is a project where this fantastic hotel on the beach Ortona a Mare will be partly transformed into aparments. The first floors will be hotel rooms and the upper floors will consist of 22 apartments ranging from 46 to 66 sqm each consisting of kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. There will be 4 larger apartments (70-75 sqm) on the attic floor that can have 3 rooms in total.
The main building has large common areas, such as lobby, dining room (capacity 120 people), kitchen, bar and a reception.
Large outdoor area including a spacious parking plot for about 100 cars, a swimming pool and a nice large garden with trees. The property also include a fully equipped Beach Club with bar, kitchen and tennis court.

How it works:
As an apartment owner you will have access to the amenities of the hotel, such as: concierge, maintenance, beach & bathing facilities, reserved parking, privileged access to internal services (restaurant, bar, spa, etc.).
When you buy an apartment you will at the same time sign a management contract with the hotel manager. According to this agreement, the aparment owners can freely use the unit according to set schedules and with a notice to the Condo-hotel manager. When the aparment is not used it will be rented out along with the other hotel rooms, generating a profit that will be proportionally shared between the owner of the unit and the manager of the hotel.
